We began potato farming began in 1999, in Méréville, in Essonne.
Some of the existing barns were completely transformed to store 800 tonnes of tubers.

In 2000, the site was enlarged, with the construction of the first refrigerated building, capable of holding 2000 tonnes, followed by a second storage building in 2002 with a capacity of 3500 tonnes.

To date, the cultivating domain includes:

• 750 ha cultivated in 4 farms
• 50 potato producers, for a surface of approximately 500 ha.

In 2013, the business turned over 15 million €.
